Warzone is a free-to-play title Call of Duty title, launched originally as a mode within 2019’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare reboot, and expanded by 2020’s Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War. It allows up to 150 players to drop into the fictional land of Verdansk in various battle royale modes. Users can play solo or team up and fight as a duo, trio, or quad across two main modes: Battle Royale and Plunder. Battle Royale is a traditional all-out survival mode where players aim to be the last one (or last team) standing in a progressively smaller map. Plunder pits teams against each other to collect the most in-match Cash and lets players respawn and use their own custom loadouts from the get-go.
